Middleton Railways is appealing for funds to help build a new running shed.

The railway
is very much a part of Hunslets Heritage and is the world’s oldest working
railway dating back to 1758.

They need to
raise £40,000 to build the Running Shed. For £30.00 you can have your name
engraved on a brick which will be used in the construction of the Running Shed
or if you wish you could for £15.00 share one with a friend as long as it no
more than 16 characters on each line, 2 lines maximum.

Ken Eyre has
organised for the Hunslet 1965 Wembley squad names in team order to be part of
the construction.

Could we as
Ex Hunslet Parkside RLFC players help the appeal by buying or sharing buying a brick?

I believe we
could use the same part of the wall as the 1965 Hunslet Wembley squad

It would
keep the name Hunslet RLFC alive

Keep the
Heritage of Hunslet alive and help Middleton Railways build their running shed.
